01What to prepare
General visa package: passport, visa application form, photo 35 × 45 mm, confirmation of payment of fee in the absence of an exemption. The invitation and supporting documents depend on the category and place of submission. The category and applicability of the visa regime is clarified by a specialist.
For an initial assessment: citizenship, travel purpose, place of application, travel dates and details of the receiving party, if one is required.
02Work visa C3
Citizens of the Russian Federation, as a rule, do not need a work visa for regular employment in Kazakhstan: the route for obtaining a temporary residence permit is checked. Permitting an employer to hire labor is a separate procedure; its inclusion in support is agreed upon in the contract.
03What is important to consider
The invitation does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Deadlines and procedures depend on the category and place of submission. The decision is made by the competent authority.
