Documents and important conditions
01Documents supporting your grounds
Core package: application form; passport (original and copy); medical insurance registered in Saqtandyry, subject to applicable exceptions; accommodation consent, notarised where required; fingerprinting certificate when required. Depending on the grounds: for employment, an employment contract registered in the Unified System for Recording Employment Contracts (ESUTD), and a permit or proof of exemption; for family, evidence of the relationship and the host’s status; for study, a request from the educational institution. We also need your IIN, address and current stay details for review.
02What is important to consider
A temporary residence permit is not renewed automatically and does not replace checking the right to work. A change of employer, address or grounds requires separate clarification of the procedure.
