Details about the service
For individuals and companies in civil and administrative disputes. First, we evaluate the documents, deadlines and procedural path; then we will agree on the specific stage and scope of representation.
01Which disputes can we help with?
- Civil cases: execution of contracts, debt, losses, corporate, property and labor disputes - after checking the specialization and circumstances.
- Administrative cases: challenging administrative acts, actions or inactions of authorities. This is a different procedure than a normal dispute between two private individuals.
- Criminal defence and administrative offence proceedings are not included in this description. The defence representative’s status and applicable procedural law are assessed separately for those matters.
02What we check before starting a case
- Jurisdiction, the competent court, any arbitration clause, the parties, evidence and the practical prospects of recovery.
- Mandatory claim or other pre-trial procedure: if it is provided for by law or contract, it must be observed before the claim.
- Time limits: the general limitation period for civil claims is three years, but there are special terms and calculation rules. For individual administrative claims, Article 136 of the APPC provides for one month; the starting point depends on the procedure. The deadlines for complaints and appeals are checked separately.
03Stages and result of work
- Position assessment: analysis of facts, evidence, claims and objections; conclusion about risks, resolution options and next steps.
- Preparation: pre-action demand, statement of claim, response, motions, calculations and evidence — according to the contract and stage of proceedings.
- Representation: attendance at agreed hearings, procedural correspondence and updates to the client. Settlements and significant decisions are agreed with the client.
- After the decision: explanation of the result and timing of further actions. Appeal, cassation and enforcement proceedings are separate stages; their inclusion must be explicitly agreed upon.
04Documents for dispute assessment
- Contracts, annexes, acceptance records, invoices, payment documents and correspondence; a brief chronology and clear calculation of the amounts claimed.
- Received claims, lawsuits, judicial acts or decisions of government agencies, along with dates of receipt and confirmation of delivery.
- Documents of the party and representative. Specific actions, including signing a claim, entering into a settlement and appealing, require duly documented authority.
05Representative, costs and restrictions
- Before the assignment, the authority and admissibility of the representation are checked. For a legal consultant, the law provides for membership in a chamber and professional liability insurance; the specific representative is determined upon approval of the case.
- The fee and stage covered are specified in the contract. State fees, expert examinations, translation, notary and travel expenses are agreed separately; recovery of costs from the other party depends on the court’s decision and applicable rules.
- The judicial result and the actual receipt of money cannot be guaranteed. The sooner documents and information about deadlines are submitted, the more opportunities there are to choose the correct procedural path.
The page contains general information, not a conclusion on your case. The requirements depend on the circumstances and the version of the legal acts in effect on the date of application. Before starting work, we will agree on the scope of assistance, cost, timing and external expenses.
